Ferraristore.com offers the opportunity to collect items ordered online from the store free of charge. When making your purchase, select Ship to store and choose the store you wish to collect your items from.
We will send you an email as soon as your order is available to collect in store. You will have 15 days to collect your purchase from the store.
To collect your order, you will need a valid identity document and the Shipment Confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device).
If you are unable to collect the parcel in person, the person assigned to collect it must present:
- a copy of your valid identity document
- their own valid identity document
- the Shipment Confirmation email (printed or on mobile device)
- a letter confirming they are authorised to collect on your behalf.
